Input object Options for the UPDATE_TRANSACTION_METADATA operation. Each item names its own target user, so targetSpec is ignored — the targets are derived from the items (each at most once). At most 100 edits in total per submission; edits are applied synchronously and the returned job is already complete — read per-edit results with getBulkOperationItems.
