The resulting verification status:
APPROVED, DECLINED, DUPLICATE when duplicate detection matched another user’s verification, or ERROR. See UserVerificationStatus.String
The identifier of the verification record created — or previously created, when the submission is an idempotent replay.

The response message, if any. When the user was already KYC verified, this notes that the verification was recorded without a status update.
