Account to external transfers move money out of Fluz to a US bank account that belongs to someone else, such as a contractor, a vendor, or a friend. The recipient does not need a Fluz account, and the money is sent over standard ACH. Every transfer is a two-step flow: first save the recipient’s bank account as a payee, then send the payout. All operations require the MAKE_PAYOUT_TRANSFER_SEND scope.
Not the same as a withdrawal or an account to account transfer. To move money to the user’s own bank account, use withdrawals. To send money to another Fluz account, use Account to Account Transfers.
