Cancel one of your bulk jobs, using ‘Basic <API_KEY>’. Best-effort and irreversible: items not
yet started are cancelled, while items already running are allowed to finish and record their
results. Safe to call more than once — an already-finished or already-cancelled job is returned
unchanged. Returns not-found for a job id that is unknown or belongs to another application.
